•  Due to limited open terrain and limited mountain capacity, tickets must be purchased online. As we open more terrain, we will release more tickets.  Day tickets will NOT be available to purchase at the ticket windows during limited capacity. 

• Online ticket, rental and lesson purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Please be certain of your travel plans before booking.

• Be aware of the weather forecast, purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE and that includes all types of weather.

• Be SURE of your product selection (Ski or Snowboard).  We are UNABLE to make changes on the day of your lesson and your reservation is ski or snowboard specific. 

• Please keep in mind that when booking into a group lesson, there may be varied skillsets amongst the class participants. If you are expecting a particular skill level lesson, we highly recommend a private lesson.
• Private lessons are not available online.  Please call 605-584-2165 to inquire about private lessons.  Please create your online profile and add all associates before calling to book.
